Great Romanian Photographer around the World in search of beauty!
One year ago, a young 29 years old woman started a journey around the world to capture the feminine beauty in all its shapes. Her photos don’t speak only about beauty, but about culture and traditions as well. She traveled in Eastern Europe and Northern Europe, Russia, and then through Asia until she reached Japan. From Bucharest to Tokyo she traveled only by buses and coaches and she was able to see, step by step, how the faces and features were slowly changing. After Asia, she got to Australia and New Zealand.
She doesn’t have a certain plan or a recipe for her work. She finds her models in bars, universities, squares or on the streets. She usually looks for natural, sincere faces, relevant for each area she is visiting at that moment.
She says that beauty is not necessarily an equivalent of youth, but most of the time, the most beautiful women are young. But this is just statistics, and the exceptions are therefor more interesting.
Photographer from Romania, the author of an unique project – The Atlas of Beauty – She travels and captures the natural and diverse beauty around the world.
